The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
Maintenance and Support
Maintenance services are provided according to the agreed service plan or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
Support availability, response times, and service coverage depend on the selected service package and applicable service agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate project information.
- Ensure access to the installation location.
- Arrange a stable power supply and internet connection where required.
- Protect installed equipment from misuse, physical damage, flooding, fire, or unauthorized modifications.
- Make payments according to agreed terms.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payments must be made according to the invoice or quotation.
- Delayed payments may result in delayed service or suspension of ongoing work.
- Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and any additional warranty specifically provided by RNS Ventures.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
